Dear Friends and Colleagues,
I hope you are all enjoying this wonderful fall. The elephants, owls and bears have been preparing for winter and ready for some festive cheer, gratitude and hope for those in need during these challenging times.
Founded in 2015, Elephant Art Shop advocates for and raises awareness about social justice and environmental causes including protecting wildlife and nature, empowering women, youth education, arts and culture.I create inspiring wildlife and community watercolor paintings, greetings cards and T-shirts inspired by an impressionable childhood in Kenya, East Africa. My mission is to advocate urgency for addressing environmental and humanitarian challenges through creative expression and empowerment.
We are thrilled about our shop and upcoming events throughout the Hudson Valley. Join us in fun festivities and shop for original gifts made by artisans.

Jambo, I am Samantha Taylor, Founder of Elephant Art Shop – a diverse portfolio of wildlife, community and environmental conservation watercolor paintings, greetings cards and T-shirts inspired by my impressionable childhood in Kenya, East Africa. My mission is to advocate urgency for addressing environmental and humanitarian challenges through creative expression and empowerment. The elephant is a mascot signifying strength and optimism, protecting their tusks, survival for the future and overcoming climate change. There are many lessons we can learn from the lucky elephant, loyalty to its family, and working together to protect and restore resilient communities for our future generations.
